REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to transactions conducted through https://brandosconsulting.com, owned and operated by Ravleen Enterprises, operating under the brand name BrandOS.

1. Nature of Products and Services

BrandOS provides:

  • digital downloadable products
  • business consulting services
  • advisory sessions
  • educational resources and frameworks

These are knowledge-based and digital services.

2. Non-Refundable Digital Products

All digital products including:

  • downloadable files
  • templates
  • frameworks
  • digital toolkits
  • educational documents

are non-refundable once access or download has been provided.

Due to the nature of digital goods, such products cannot be returned after delivery.

3. Consultation Services

Payments made for consulting sessions or advisory services are non-refundable once the appointment has been confirmed.

If a client fails to attend a scheduled session, it will be considered a missed appointment and no refund will be issued.

Rescheduling may be permitted if requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled session, subject to availability.

4. Exceptional Refund Cases

Refunds may be considered only in limited circumstances such as:

  • duplicate payment due to technical error
  • payment processed but service not delivered due to system error

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

5. Cancellation Requests

Cancellation requests must be submitted via email to:

support@brandosconsulting.com

Requests must include:

  • order reference
  • registered email address
  • transaction details

Cancellation requests submitted after digital access or consultation confirmation will not be accepted.

6. Payment Disputes

Customers are encouraged to contact support before initiating payment disputes or chargebacks.

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in restriction of services.
